What You'll Do:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll serve as the connection between our customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests

Identifying and sourcing automotive parts using catalogs, VIN lookups, and manufacturer systems

Supporting technicians by supplying parts quickly and accurately

Processing parts orders, returns, warranties, and core returns

Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory

Maintaining inventory accuracy and proper bin locations

Coordinating parts deliveries and pickups as needed

Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
-
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license
-
Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy

Ability to make parts deliveries and pickups as needed
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Basic computer proficiency
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
-
Automotive parts experience
-
Dealership experience
-
Knowledge of manufacturer parts catalogs
-
Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
-
General automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings. No Sundays.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day

Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds
-
Ability to work in both customer-facing and warehouse environments
