What You'll Do
- Develop referral partnerships throughout the Sacramento market
- Represent IOA at Home at community events, networking groups, and industry meetings
- Educate referral partners about non-medical home care solutions
- Build relationships with professionals who serve older adults and family caregivers
- Create opportunities for collaboration across the senior care continuum
- Grow awareness and utilization of IOA at Home's services

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or healthcare marketing
- Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or related industries preferred
- Proven ability to build referral relationships and meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities
- Ability to manage a territory and pipeline independently
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage effectively with both professionals and families
Technical & Organizational Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary Midpoint: $72,000 to $84,000 annually
- Incentives: Uncapped commission tied to referral generation, enrollments, and caregiver hours/revenue
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off
Physical Requirements
- Mobility: Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Coordination: Multi-limb and eye-hand coordination.
- Endurance: Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods while working on computers. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing more than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
