About the Role
We're looking for an Office Administrator to be the first face and voice of our corporate office. You'll manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and keep the office running smoothly while supporting departments across the company with administrative, marketing, and accounts payable tasks. It's a great fit for someone organized, personable, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers, vendors, visitors, and employees, and manage front desk operations during business hours
- Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and assist with basic inquiries
- Provide administrative support across departments, including marketing and accounts payable tasks
- Handle filing, scanning, printing, and mail and package distribution
- Monitor and order office supplies and keep the breakroom stocked
- Keep reception and shared office spaces clean, organized, and professional
