About the Role:
O'Malley's Pub in Palmer Lake, CO is looking for an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks, delivering outstanding hospitality, and being the life of the room, this could be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver to tables
- Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages behind the bar
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
- Handle cash and POS transactions, including tabs and split checks
- Engage guests to create a lively, welcoming pub atmosphere
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, draft beer, and wine service
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
