- Conduct medication reconciliation and patient assessments to optimize therapy effectiveness and safety

Experiencey
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and medication safety protocols
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology principles, and drug regulation standards necessary for comprehensive patient care
- Ability to assess patients effectively through patient service skills and medical terminology proficiency
