Purple Routes Inc. is a growing FedEx Ground contractor committed to building a safe, reliable, and high-performing team of drivers. As we continue to expand across multiple locations, we're looking for an organized, energetic recruiter to help us hire and onboard great drivers.
Position Summary
As our Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator, you will manage the entire hiring process—from reviewing new applications to ensuring drivers complete onboarding and are ready for their first day.
You'll work closely with our operations managers to understand each station's hiring needs and match candidates with the right type of delivery route.
Responsibilities
Recruit delivery drivers for FedEx Ground operations.
Review new applications and contact qualified candidates promptly.
Conduct phone screenings and explain route expectations.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Guide candidates through onboarding and hiring paperwork.
Monitor background checks and onboarding progress.
Coordinate I-9 completion and required employment documents.
Schedule training and communicate start dates.
Qualifications
Recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple candidates at different stages of the hiring process.
Experience with Indeed or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
Transportation or last-mile delivery recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
