Position: Bartender| Part Time | Must be 21 years of age or older (required for alcohol service)

We're currently seeking a friendly and charismatic Bartender who loves creating memorable experiences for our guests!
The Bartender is the heart of our bar—responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as delicious food items, in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. You'll be the friendly face our guests look forward to seeing, making suggestions based on their tastes and preferences, building rapport with regular customers, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Receives orders from patrons.
- Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo ID for alcoholic purchases.
- Maintains proper ordering, receiving and inventory control.
- Collects payment for drinks and food served using proper check and cash handling procedures.
- Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.
- Use proper pour portions at all times with attention to cleanliness, consistent quality standards and taste.
- Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of opening of the bar.
- Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized.
- Wash glassware and bar utensils, keep liquor bottles clean.
- Uses proper judgment and, when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive.
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Prepares (easy-to-prepare) food items and serve food to customers
- Washes and cleans all preparation equipment, counters, floors and any additional items required
- Wash dishes, cleans and sorts silverware and stoneware
- Maintain guest confidentiality.
- Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
