Redline Automotive Merchandising is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Regional Manager to lead a team of Merchandising Specialists across multiple dealership locations. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high service standards, and building lasting client relationships while ensuring smooth, reliable operations across your region.

The Regional Manager plays a key role in ensuring Redline’s services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standards. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, guiding your team’s success while directly supporting operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Merchandising Specialists to achieve individual and regional performance goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop personalized growth plans for team members
- Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
- Provide field coaching and hands-on support to reinforce Redline’s service standards
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across all assigned dealerships, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor team performance and efficiency, identifying process gaps and implementing improvements where needed
- Manage coverage and scheduling, ensuring adequate support during vacations, callouts, or peak workloads
- Step in to provide direct field coverage when needed to ensure clients experience uninterrupted service and consistent quality
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain service reliability and client satisfaction
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership clients within your region, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to assess satisfaction, address issues, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success teams to retain existing business and expand Redline’s footprint within your market
Quality Control
- Conduct routine audits and site visits to ensure all work meets Redline’s established standards
- Address any performance or quality concerns promptly, coaching team members toward long-term improvement
- Reinforce consistency across all accounts through clear communication and training
Training and Development Support
- Partner with Redline’s Training Specialists to onboard and develop new team members
- Provide hands-on training in the field to reinforce best practices and operational excellence
Resource Management and Reporting
- Manage regional resources, schedules, and equipment to maintain optimal efficiency
- Track key performance metrics and use data to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
- Share insights, challenges, and results with senior leadership, providing clear, actionable recommendations
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all team members follow Redline’s safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability by identifying risks early and addressing them proactively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a regional or multi-site management role, preferably in the automotive, merchandising, or service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on coaching and accountability
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to operational detail
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to support clients and field teams
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and Redline’s proprietary software systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve team performance

Base Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
