Travel-Based | Construction & Inspection | Make an Impact on Quality

Travel to manufacturing plants to inspect construction quality and processes
Verify work meets approved plans, codes, and certification standards
Identify defects or issues and document findings clearly
Review records, materials, and quality procedures
Communicate with plant staff about required corrections
Follow up to ensure problems are resolved
Complete inspection reports and documentation
Your work helps prevent costly mistakes and helps ensure safe, compliant buildings
Hands-on construction experience (framing, electrical, plumbing, site work, inspections, etc.)
Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Good communication and basic report-writing skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel frequently (about 75%), including overnight stays
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in active plant environments
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in construction, inspections, code enforcement, or quality control
Experience with modular or manufactured housing
ICC certifications or willingness to obtain them
Ability to read blueprints or construction plans
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
