The Role
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician referral and plan of care
- Apply therapeutic modalities to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Collaborate with providers, nursing, and rehab colleagues on patient progress and discharge planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Valid California PT license
- Current CPR certification
- MDS documentation experience preferred
- APTA affiliation recommended
