Covered Cleaning is a boutique wellness-focused home cleaning comapny specializing in preparing and maintaining homes for people recovering from surgery, cancer treatment, serious illness, and lifes demanding seasons.
Our clients invite us into their homes during some of their most vulnerable moments. Because of that, we're looking for compassionate, dependable professionals who take pride in exceptional work.
Every visit follows our wellness-focused cleaning protocols
responsibilties include:
- Detailed residential cleaning
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window wiping, woodwork, dust and allergen reduction, disinfecting.
- Use appropriate chemical agents for cleaning and floor care while adhering to safety protocols for chemical handling.
- light lifting tasks involving janitorial supplies, equipment, or furniture to ensure efficient workflow. (example: moving couch back to get to area to clean)
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and safety inspections.
- Laundry and linen care
- Bed preperation and refresh
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely with proper knowledge of floor cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Kitchen and bathroom sanitization.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Organization and light home preperation
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. You'll receive paid training in our proprietary Covered cleaning standards before working independently.

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Auto insurance
- Able to lift approximantly 10-20 pounds
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the US
- Comfortable driving throughout Montgomery County, Delaware County, Mainline PA
- Residential cleaning experience preferred.
Compensation:
- $20-$24 hour depending on experience
- W-2 employment
- Paid training
- Mileage reimbursment between homes
- Cleaning supplies & equipment provided
- Flexible part-time
