About The Yard
The Yard—formerly Minardi Lumber—is a trusted Northland supplier with a new name, new energy, and a bigger vision. Builders and homeowners have relied on this yard for decades, and today we’re elevating that legacy with better products, better guidance, and a contractor‑first approach. We carry brands pros trust—Pella, ThermaTru, TimberTech, LP SmartSide—and we back them with a team that knows building inside and out.
We’re a family‑run operation committed to supporting contractors with reliable materials, honest service, and the kind of practical expertise that keeps projects moving. As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to help strengthen the backbone of our daily operations.
This role is critical to keeping jobs on track—from customer inquiries and estimates to purchase orders, vendor coordination, and project completion. If you understand basic construction workflows, stay on top of details, and are comfortable in QuickBooks, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a yard built for builders who know better.
