- Salary: From $60,000 to $180,000 per year

- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify the desired vehicle make, type, and features.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
- Develop skills to effectively overcome customer objections.
- Research vehicle availability and options using the computer database.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in value, fees, and financing or lease options.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
- Follow up with customers using the CRM database to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
