We are hiring bilingual individuals who enjoy working directly with people and want an opportunity to build professional experience while representing AT&T products and services. This is an entry-level position with training provided. We look more at communication skills, attitude, and work ethic than previous telecommunications experience.
As an AT&T Retail Associate, you will work directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T products and services, and provide support with account-related needs. The AT&T Retail Associate plays an important role in creating positive customer experiences and helping customers stay connected.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Retail Associate:
- Meet with new and existing customers to discuss AT&T products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, account updates, and general service questions.
- Provide information on wireless, internet, and connectivity options available through AT&T.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
- Help maintain accurate customer information and account documentation.
- Learn the fundamentals of customer relations, account management, and telecommunications services.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications for the AT&T Retail Associate:
- Spanish speaking ability required (conversational Spanish is acceptable).
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other people-focused experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
