Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front entrance, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, including electronic records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Strong typing skills along with excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documents
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks efficiently
