Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Assist customers with product information, explaining features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and enter data efficiently into POS systems for sales tracking and customer records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are appealing
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Ask for referrals and encourage member testimonials and online reviews
- Assist with social media content and promotions
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and text messages
- Represent Flex Factory at local community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales or Pilates studio environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and POS systems
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional customer service
- Represent Flex Factory Pilates brand with integrity
