We are currently building a qualified candidate pool for the Success Lake Office Janitorial Services Contract (Solicitation No. W9123826QA017) in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District.
We are accepting applications for the following positions:
- Janitorial Supervisor
- Janitorial Lead
- Janitorial Technician
These positions are being recruited in anticipation of contract award and are contingent upon JD Services & Solutions LLC receiving the contract.
Position Overview
The selected candidates will support janitorial operations at the Success Lake facility and may perform duties including:
- Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Restocking facility supplies
- Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Reporting maintenance and safety concerns
- Following facility security, badge, access control, and safety procedures
Supervisor and Lead positions may also include scheduling, quality inspections, employee training, and team coordination responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass required background investigations
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain Government facility access credentials
- Successfully perform the physical requirements of the position
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and professional conduct
