We are a growing private practice seeking a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is efficient, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures, anticipating their needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- X-ray certification
- Knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
