Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between prospective buyers and the closing team, providing exceptional customer service throughout the home buying journey
- Assist clients by answering questions, scheduling tours, and explaining features of new home developments
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and communication to ensure a smooth sales process
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties through various channels and maintaining engaging client communications
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws during all interactions
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records in property management systems
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to connect with diverse clients
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or real estate administration
- Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law to ensure compliance and professionalism
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote properties effectively

Pay: $72,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
