We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and winning new business. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and enjoy turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct site walks and collaborate customized service solutions.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a successful client transition.
- Represent UBM at industry events and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in commercial janitorial, facility services, commercial real estate, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a passion for winning.
