Duties

- Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, positive behavior management, and smooth classroom management.
- Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring additional early intervention services.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare, progress, and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and learning outcomes.
- Support toddlers’ care routines and promote healthy habits in a nurturing daycare or preschool setting.

- Extensive experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and working with children across various age groups.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early childhood education best practices.
