Residential Service Electrician (5+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join our growing team. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with homeowners, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is not a new construction position. We are looking for a service-minded electrician who can diagnose issues, present solutions, and perform high-quality residential electrical work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues
- Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, and electrical repairs
- Install lighting, switches, receptacles, EV chargers, surge protection, generators, and other residential electrical systems
- Conduct electrical safety evaluations and identify opportunities to improve safety and reliability
- Present recommendations and solutions to homeowners professionally
- Document work performed with photos and detailed job notes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with service work, repairs, and residential electrical upgrades
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
