Sales Representative / Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Roofing

The Opportunity
Swordsmen Roofing is hiring one experienced roofing sales rep for our Sanford, FL market. This is not an entry-level role. We want a proven closer who can sell residential, shake hands with a property manager, and sit across from a general contractor and be credible in all three rooms.
How It Works
Residential: You are the project manager. You own the job from sale to completion.
Multifamily & Commercial: A dedicated superintendent handles the field. You focus on relationships and closing.
Developer & GC Bids: Our full-time in-house estimator handles the numbers. You bring the relationship, we back you up.
The Money
- First 90 days: 40% of gross profit (after 10% overhead)
- After 90 days: 50% of gross profit (after 10% overhead)
Real earning ranges:
- $250K–$500K in sales → $36K–$90K take-home
- $500K–$1M in sales → $90K–$180K take-home
- $1M–$2M in sales → $180K–$360K+
No base. No ceiling. If you back yourself, the math is in your favor.
You Should Have
- Proven roofing sales experience, residential required and commercial’s a strong plus
- Ability to self-generate and manage your own pipeline
- Professional presence with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
- Working knowledge of the full sales cycle from inspection to close

- In-house estimator for commercial and multifamily bids
- Training on commercial, multifamily, and specialty systems
- Potential gas card, iPad, and iPhone for qualified reps
About Swordsmen Roofing & Construction
We're a multi-market roofing contractor operating across Florida and Texas with locations in the DFW area, Fort Myers, and Sanford. We do residential, commercial, multifamily, and specialty roofing — and we're growing.
We don't micro-manage closers. We give you the infrastructure, the back-end support, and the runway and we let you run.
