Client Intake & Sales Representative
Pay: $18.00 per hour plus commission
Location: In person. In either our Provo or Orem office.
Schedule: Full Time
We are hiring a Client Intake & Sales Representative to onboard new clients seeking assistance with claims under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). This is a warm-lead sales position. We receive a high volume of inquiries from potential clients who have requested information and are expecting our call. You will speak with prospective clients, review basic information about their employment and medical history, explain our services, and guide qualified clients through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Contact warm leads by phone
Explain our services clearly and professionally
Conduct a basic initial review of potential EEOICPA claims
Gather employment, medical, and claim information
Determine whether a potential client may meet our basic intake criteria
Complete onboarding paperwork and obtain required documents
Follow up with prospective clients throughout the onboarding process
Maintain accurate notes and update client information in our case-management system
Meet individual onboarding and sales goals
Coordinate with the claims team when additional review is needed
Qualifications:
Strong phone communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable discussing medical, employment, and personal information
Organized and able to manage a high volume of leads and follow-up tasks
Able to explain unfamiliar or complicated information in plain language
Confident asking questions and guiding conversations
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward performance goals
Previous sales, intake, call-center, legal, medical, or claims experience is helpful but not required
Basic computer and data-entry skillsTraining will be provided on EEOICPA claims, our intake standards, and the client-onboarding process.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Commission based on completed, qualified client onboardings
PTO, Flexible Unpaid Time Off, 401k
This is a fully in-office position. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a steady volume of prospective clients.
