This is not an entry-level mortgage position. We're seeking professionals with strong call center, sales, or relationship management experience who are comfortable speaking with clients all day and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Receive inbound live transfers from homeowners and prospective borrowers
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
- Review mortgage opportunities and help clients understand their options
- Maintain detailed notes and client records
- Coordinate with loan officers and operations teams
- Deliver a world-class client experience from first contact through closing
What We Are Looking For
- Strong call center, inside sales, customer retention, or phone sales experience
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Ability to build trust quickly over the phone
- Strong organization and follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations and opportunities daily
- Mortgage experience is helpful but not required for exceptional candidates
