Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting to assist in strategic planning.
- Manage tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage for efficient record keeping and reporting.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
