What You’ll Do
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists using Toast
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/reception area
- Coordinate with floor staff to ensure smooth seating flow and accurate table management
- Assist with administrative or guest service duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (restaurant front desk/host experience is a plus)
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and excellent at multitasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, candidates should meet the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to grasp, lift, move, or push goods weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 or more hours during a shift
- Ability to navigate between tables, corners, and other tight restaurant spaces
- Moderate handling of trays and lifting as part of daily tasks
- Ability to work in an environment with varying noise and lighting levels
