Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Technician: Deep Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Execute deep cleaning procedures for residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Perform specialized floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain optimal appearance and hygiene
- Handle sanitation duties, including disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring compliance with health standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment effectively
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed surface cleaning to ensure thorough results
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns
Pay:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry roles is a strong plus
- Experience with residential house cleaning and deep cleaning is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, and floor polishing
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Hands-on experience in thorough general housekeeping tasks is advantageous
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service
