Slicing vegetables and other ingredients

Ensuring the sanitary regulations are met

Preparing salads and other side items

Reading and processing food order tickets by preparing trays for on site dining or carry out packaging

Stocking paper products for next shift

Cleaning dishes, floors and surface work area at the end of the shift
