Job Summary
As an Insurance Agent, you will be the driving force behind helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and clarity. What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and promote insurance products.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction with their insurance choices.
- Perform thorough analysis of clients’ needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance offerings through various channels, including telemarketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and HIPAA compliance to provide accurate information to clients.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist a diverse clientele in understanding their options.
Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
- Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is highly desirable.
