At Mrs. Michael, we believe great service starts with great people. Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly voices that our customers rely on when they need help—especially during evenings and weekends when support matters most.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residential customers, helping answer questions, schedule appointments, and make sure every customer feels heard, supported, and taken care of. You’ll work closely with our team to keep things organized and running smoothly, all while providing the warm, professional service our community has come to expect.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Enter and manage customer information accurately
- Assist with basic office tasks and documentation
- Help create a positive experience for every customer who reaches out
This role is primarily evenings and weekends, so it’s perfect for someone who thrives during non-traditional hours and enjoys being the dependable support our customers can count on when others are off the clock.
