Job Description
The Sr. Maintenance Technician works as part of the team to support the ongoing building maintenance program. In this position, you'll perform maintenance inspections and repairs as needed including facility lighting, routine painting, plumbing, electrical and other related maintenance activities. In addition, you'll utilize your knowledge and skills to perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency situations in the hospital facility. This is a full-time position. Schedule is generally Monday through Friday with rotating call over the weekend every 5-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Operates, inspects, maintains, calibrates and repairs utility equipment, systems and structures throughout the building
Performs mechanical repairs to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
Performs preventative maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation.
Ensures proper safety education and demonstrates knowledge of facility safety policies.
Covers evening, night and weekend shifts as needed.

The pay range for this position is $29.24 - $43.85. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
