Overview
Handles day-to-day office operations, serving as the first point of contact for customers and supporting sales, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping functions.
Responsibilities
- Greets and assists in-store customers, answers phone calls, and routes inquiries appropriately
- Schedules sales appointments for sales staff
- Maintains the master scheduling calendar for jobs and appointments
- Performs basic bookkeeping tasks: invoicing, deposits, expense tracking, reconciling receipts
- Manages inventory and materials — tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors
- Handles general administrative duties: filing, data entry, correspondence, office supply management
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge (QuickBooks or similar a plus)
- Comfortable with scheduling software and phone systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in home services or a similar trade industry preferred
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
