Join our dynamic team as a Shop Assistant and become a vital part of the Vector Team! We are seeking a hands-on shop assistant to carry out a variety of functions that will support our machine shop. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, organized and willing to perform with minimal management.
Duties
- Make local pick-ups and deliveries.
- Prepares components for shipping.
- Organizes and cleans the shop area.
- Assists with safety initiatives.
- Performs light preventative maintenance of shop equipment.
- Loads and unloads trucks with forklift.
Skills
- Must work well with others.
- Must be willing to be flexible with the daily structure.
- Must qualify and be willing to get a Class C CDL driver’s license.
- Must be self-motivated.
