Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director to join our skilled nursing facility team. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs
Implement preventive maintenance programs
Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize work assignments
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations
Maintain facility equipment, systems, and grounds
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required
Building maintenance and repair experience required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and commitment to resident care
