In this role, each Verizon Agent will be responsible for creating meaningful customer interactions, supporting sales initiatives, and representing cutting-edge Verizon products and services. Our Verizon Agent team is dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience while introducing customers to dependable Verizon solutions
Working as a Verizon Agent offers the opportunity to build foundational skills in communication, sales, and customer engagement. Every Verizon Agent receives hands-on training to confidently explain Verizon offerings, assist customers with their decisions, and contribute to overall team success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to grow while working with Verizon.
Responsibilities of a Verizon Agent:
- Interact directly with customers to promote Verizon services and complete sales
- Provide knowledgeable and approachable support as a Verizon Agent
- Understand customer preferences and suggest appropriate solutions
- Assist with new account setups, upgrades, and service support
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Agent team members and leadership to reach goals
- Build strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to succeed as a Verizon Agent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
