A Day in the Life
Your day may include:
- Assembling battery packs
- Operating testing equipment
- Reading build documentation
- Preparing materials
- Ensuring every battery meets quality and performance standards
- Working closely with team members to follow production processes
- Maintaining an organized workspace
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality

What You'll Do
- Read and accurately follow build documentation and assembly instructions for various battery pack configurations
- Assemble battery packs according to established quality and safety standards
- Perform welding and soldering operations
- Apply heat shrink materials and prepare battery pack components
- Cut foam and heat shrink materials according to specified part numbers and work instructions
- Operate battery testing equipment and perform testing procedures based on battery configuration requirements
- Maintain awareness of material, component, and equipment locations to support efficient production flow
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues
- Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the assembly process
