This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with preset, qualified appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking. You'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about solar energy, educate them on their options, and help them transition to clean, affordable renewable energy.

What You'll Do
As an In-Home Solar Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to provide customized residential solar solutions that reduce utility costs and increase energy independence.
Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled appointments with qualified homeowners
- Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
- Educate homeowners on solar energy, utility savings, and financing options
- Analyze current electricity usage and identify savings opportunities
- Design and recommend customized residential solar systems
- Deliver engaging sales presentations
- Build trust through exceptional customer service
- Close residential solar sales
- Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Pay Includes
- Uncapped commission
- Average commission of $1,500-$3,000 per sale
- Performance and volume bonuses
- Typical expectation of 8+ sales per month
- Six-figure income potential for top performers (earnings not guaranteed)
Your income is directly tied to your performance. There is no cap on what you can earn.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
Sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are ready to succeed.
