Field Vehicle Inspector (Full Time)

Are you someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being part of a growing industry? MAG Now, the digital auction platform of the McConkey Auction Group, is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Vehicle Inspection Team.
MAG Now connects car dealers through a live digital auction where vehicles are bought and sold directly from dealerships across the region. Our Field Vehicle Inspectors are the backbone of this process, providing the accurate vehicle condition reports that allow dealers to confidently buy and sell inventory online.

What You’ll Do
As a Field Vehicle Inspector, you’ll travel to customer dealerships to inspect vehicles and document their condition before they are listed for sale on the MAG Now platform. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Completing vehicle inspections and condition reports at customer dealerships
- Identifying interior and exterior damage, missing components, or mechanical issues
- Taking multiple photos of each vehicle to clearly document its condition
- Uploading reports and photos electronically using a company-issued smartphone
- Delivering a high level of customer service while working with our dealer partners
- Traveling daily to dealerships throughout the Missoula area, with regular weekly travel to Kalispell, MT
This is a field-based role, meaning most of your work will take place at dealership locations and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Mileage for business travel using your personal vehicle is reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Additional Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
