Schedule: Hybrid
Contract: 18 months to start with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $60-64/hr on W2

Job Summary:
We're looking for a BA/Delivery Lead to join our Balance Sheet Management team, supporting the PSALMS platform for treasury forecasting and net interest income. Ideal candidates are either recent finance grads with audit/clearing house experience (e.g., Deloitte) from a reputable university, or professionals with up to 3 years in Treasury, Asset Management, or Funding. This person doesn't need direct industry experience, but SDLC/tech exposure is a strong plus. What matters most is curiosity, sharp thinking, and executive presence - they'll be in the room with execs, trusted to take notes, ask smart questions, and eventually own slide decks and time management reporting within their first month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs to be comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Heavy reading to get up to speed on the platform (PSALMS) and treasury forecasting/NII concepts.
- Sitting in on peer meetings, watching email chains, and generally familiarizing themselves with the environment and team
- Taking ownership of slide decks for swim lanes and deliverables (prepping materials that likely go in front of execs)
- Building and maintaining Excel-based time management reports
- Ongoing/ambient responsibilities:
- Being in the room for exec-level meetings - trusted to take accurate notes
- Asking sharp questions and spotting gaps (the "curiosity" piece)
- Supporting the broader BA/Delivery Lead function within the scrum team - essentially helping keep deliverables and communication flowing for the balance sheet management group
Qualifications:
- Junior level - 0-3 years. Open to recent grads (finance degree) or professionals with up to 3 years in a relevant field:
- Path A (audit/recent grad route): Audit or assurance work at a clearing house/Big 4
- No BA experience required if coming straight from this background
- Path B (treasury-adjacent route): Analyst-level responsibilities within Treasury, Asset Management, or Funding - reporting, analysis, or support functions in those space
Preferred Skills:
- SDLC or general tech exposure (from any prior role) - called out as a "major help"
- Strong presentation/executive presence - will help them settle into exec-facing meetings faster
- Prior scrum/agile team exposure (not required, but relevant given the team structure)
