Our maritime service office in Orlando is vital to our U.S. operations, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Service Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in coordinating service operations on cruise ships and fostering business development efforts.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient environment
- Coordinate service deployments, especially within the cruise industry, ensuring our systems on board perform at peak
- Plan and schedule meetings, travel, and client visits
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, visitors, and partners
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in strategic planning
- Collaborate with management to enhance operational processes
- Prepare reports and assist with budgeting for office and service activities
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field in marine engineering
- Minimum 3 years of office management experience, ideally in a technical or maritime setting
- Solid background in boiler technology or related engineering fields
- Strong business development acumen and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
