Services include cosmetic injectables and minimally invasive skincare procedures focused on the face, neck and chest (no body), delivered by our team of top aesthetic providers (injectors), all trained by and under the direct supervision of our Medical Director.
As a provider, you have experience in cosmetic injectables and medical grade skin care and love to deliver natural results to make every individual look and feel beautiful. You will work closely with our Medical Director and Founders to establish a best-in-class consultation, experience, and deliver impeccable results with safety always as a priority. You will benefit from our thorough training curriculum for all our injectors to continue your education to build The Brightwood as the premiere destination for aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Provide each guest with a personalized, educational consultation and develop an immediate and long-term treatment plan to maximize skin results and overall rejuvenation meeting each guests’ desires
- Administer treatments (wrinkles relaxers, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, and medical skincare services) and ensure each guest is comfortable during procedure
- Deliver accurate medical charting and records for each guest to include medical history and records, intake, and consent forms
- Ensure follow-up contact with each guest for proper aftercare instructions and safety measures for 100% customer satisfaction
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your guests to establish your loyal client base
- Act as a trainer and educator to incoming providers, aestheticians and medical assistants, implementing and iterating on our training program
- Participate in your own continuing education to become an advanced master injector with the ability to inject all areas and with advanced techniques
- Adopt cutting-edge techniques, equipment, and products as an opportunity to provide better results and rise as a leader in the industry
- Commitment to the company’s medical emergency + safety protocols to ensure we are always practicing safely for our team and guests; available to respond to patient emergencies as necessary
- Ensure 100% patient satisfaction and identify ways to always improve and better the guest experience
- Focus on customer experience including customer retention and loyalty outreach cadence
Requirements:
- 1+ years aesthetics experience minimum, must be able to inject independently
- Medical degree, PA or NP
- Plastic Surgeon, Dermatology, or Medical Spa experience required
- Current medical license in New Jersey and/or New York
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Pay:
- Competitive industry salary and productivity bonus

Pay: $150,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
