Happy Days Preschool & Summer Camp is looking for a caring, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team for the summer! We are seeking a Part-Time Teacher Assistant/Floater to provide lunch coverage and support our teaching staff throughout the day.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Seasonal Position: June 22 – August 27
Location: Happy Days Preschool & Summer Camp
Responsibilities:
Assist classrooms during lunch periods and nap/rest times
Provide teacher coverage and support throughout the center
Engage positively with children through play, conversation, and daily activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with teachers and administration to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Caring, patient, and passionate about working with children
Energetic and able to actively engage with children of various ages
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required
