About Us is dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging environment for young learners. At VIP Child Development Center, we offer a play-based environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, as well as an elementary school program. Our mission is to support the growth and development of children in a safe and loving setting. We're seeking a flexible and caring Childcare Floater to join our team and support classrooms as needed.
This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse age groups and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in classrooms with children aged 0–5, including infants, waddlers, toddlers, and preschoolers, and support daily routines.

Help implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities, and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and step into classrooms on short notice to adapt to different teaching styles and needs.

Support daily routines such as meals, diapering/toileting, naptime, and play.
Requirements
Qualifications:

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor.

Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are a must.

Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred.

Ability to work with children from infants to preschoolers.
