## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant setting.
## Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages following recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with customers to recommend drinks based on their preferences and suggest new menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
## Requirements
- Craft mixology a must
- Previous experience in a craft bar, pub or restaurant
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry
- Sales skills to upsell premium drinks and create customer loyalty
