What You'll Do
As a Branch Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of our Oak Harbor and Elmore branches while creating an exceptional experience for both members and team members.
You'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Deliver exceptional member service while supporting financial wellness.
- Manage daily branch operations, service quality, operational accuracy, and business performance.
- Coach team members through regular feedback, performance conversations, recognition, and development opportunities.
- Support consumer lending, home equity lending, and mortgage referral opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
- Anticipate staffing and operational needs while proactively solving problems before they impact members.
- Represent Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union within the local community.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as serving members.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Three to five years of financial institution experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Consumer lending experience (home equity lending experience is a plus).
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of branch operations, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
- A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
