KITCHEN MANAGERS: SALARY - ( $65+)
Are you a culinary professional with a deep passion for a great plate. Do you have hands-on experience with wood-fired pizza ovens or expert sautéing techniques? We are looking for a talented lead to join our team and help us craft unforgettable meals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute classic sautéed dishes, including pastas, seafood, and meat entrées with high attention to flavor and presentation.
- Prepare and cook traditional wood-fired pizzas using a brick or stone oven with precision and consistency.
- Collaborate on seasonal menus and daily specials using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that adheres to food safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and lead junior kitchen staff in proper techniques and kitchen protocol.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of line experience with specific focus on sauté station or wood-fired pizza
- Knowledge of dough fermentation and stretching techniques
- Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Passion for food and commitment to consistency and quality
- Consistent and Reliable
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position
