NOW HIRING – Maintenance Crew Leader Paver Pros LLC | Lakes Region, NH
We're looking for more than someone who can mow lawns—we're looking for a leader.
If you're someone who can think ahead, make good decisions without being told every step, and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we'd like to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a landscape maintenance crew
- Safely drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscape equipment
- Perform mowing, weed whacking, edging, pruning, mulch installation, spring/fall cleanups, and general property maintenance
- Inspect equipment daily and recognize when something doesn't look or sound right
- Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining a high level of quality
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience leading a maintenance or landscaping crew
✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔ Comfortable towing and backing trailers
✔ Dependable, motivated, and physically capable of working outdoors
Most importantly...
We're looking for someone who can think for themselves. We don't want someone who waits to be told every little thing to do. We need someone who can:
- Make sound decisions in the field
- Recognize potential problems before they become expensive mistakes
- Know when to stop and ask questions versus when to confidently handle a situation
- Keep the crew productive without constant supervision
- Take ownership of the quality of their work
If you're the type of person who notices a loose wheel on a trailer, hears an engine making a new noise, sees an unsafe situation developing, or realizes a better way to complete a job—you'll fit in well here.
What We Offer:
Up to $35/hour to start (based on experience)
