Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team at the Henderson County Jail.

Whether you're experienced in correctional healthcare or exploring a new nursing specialty, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and nursing assessments
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the Registered Nurse or Provider
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
- Respond confidently to urgent and emergent healthcare needs
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while following established clinical protocols
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities
- Correctional nursing experience is welcomed but not required. We provide comprehensive training for nurses new to correctional healthcare.
