Van Driver
LEWIS COUNTY
Currently seeking a Wheelchair Van Driver for a full-time position in Lewis County. The ideal candidate must have at least 12 months of recent verifiable driving experience and possess a valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report.
- We provide company vehicle.
- You do not have to commute to the office.
- Shift location begins and ends at home -or- within the local vicinity.
Responsibilities of the Wheelchair Van Driver
- Drive passengers safely to and from medical appointments.
- Maintain van clean and clear of floor debris and obstacles as well in a clean condition.
- Be a contributing team member.
- Operate van in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environment.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements Wheelchair Van Driver
- 5 years of recent verifiable driving experience
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week and weekend rotation.
- Hold a Current valid driver's license with eligible MVR (MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD)
- Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
- Some of our successful team member drivers have previously worked as school bus drivers, taxi drivers and drivers for the handicapped or in med transport
- Must own a smart phone, have an email address, internet access, and a printer
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation for the Wheelchair Van Driver
- The starting salary for this position is $18.00
- 401 K option after 1 year
- Paid training, vacation and sick leave
- Driving: 5 year
